I represent a broad range of domestic relations and family law clients within 100 miles of Birmingham, Alabama. This includes all counties surrounding Jefferson County. I work in the Family Courts as well as the Domestic Relations Courts in each of the counties in Central Alabama. I normally work 12 hours each day, six days a week, so I am available for early morning and late afternoon appointments, as well as weekends.

I also represent clients in criminal law and Veterans Administration appeals.

I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel with service in Vietnam (combat veteran with purple heart) and Korea. I work extensively with military divorces and handle many veterans and their spouses with family problems and issues ranging from divorce and child custody to child support and modifications of court orders.

I am a member of NOVA, National Association of Veterans Advocates, and represent veterans and their spouses in pursuit of their benefits before the Veteran’s Administration and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
